Masonic Care’s own Jemma Viney wins village manager of the year!
Today just after 11am Jemma Viney, Village Manager and Training Coordinator for Masonic Care WA was awarded the 2017 Property Council Village Manger of the year award for the state of Western Australia! We could not be more proud of Jemma, this is the second time she has won this prestigious award with the first recognition occuring in 2015.
The Chairman of the Board R W Bro Don Blair, CEO Marie-Louise MacDonald and a number of the MCWA team were onsite for the presentation to support Jemma, as just being nominated and making the shortlist for this award would have been a tremendous achievement.
The purpose of the Award for Village Manager of the Year is to recognise the village manager, staff and residents who work towards the ultimate goal of a successful, happy and harmonious village.
This pinnacle award of the industry identifies the excellence of a distinguished retirement village community.
Nominations were accepted from any person who had dealings with eligible entrants. Those nominated are exceptional village managers that practice outstanding commitment to their residents and provide incredible levels of customer service.
Jemma will now enter the pool for the national village manager of the year awards held in November on the Gold Coast. We wish Jemma the best of luck from the entire MCWA, Freemasons WA and Masonic Foundation teams!
