The Corinthian Court Stage 3 Build continues to progress, with the roofing now securely in place the external cladding and some of the finer details are now starting to be applied such as the beautiful stone cladding. Throughout this build it is evident that natural light and passive design has been a key criteria for Masonic Care WA as from every angle natural light permeates the spaces and the high ceilings in the main living areas give a wonderful depth of space.
Little details are what will really set these villas apart, those things which often go unnoticed until a space is complete or unnoticed entirely until they come together to complete a design or finalise a space. A great example here are the bulkheads being built in above the overhead kitchen cabinetry, often they are forgone in a high ceiling build however when included they add a sense of completion and quality to a kitchen. It would have been a shame to have such quality cabinetry installed and not have built these bulkheads in but Masonic Care WA has been careful to include all the smaller finishing touches in this build.
Internal and external rendering is underway with the internal plastering also beginning to take shape, inclement weather continues to affect the construction however the build overall is progressing well considering. The first of the cabinetry has also begun being fitted and the rooms are starting to truly take shape. Evident from the striking style of the Corinthian Court Stage 3 villas as they come together is the fact that they will be a unique and stylish offering providing an excellent lifestyle within the already established village community at Corinthian Court.
